*Swim team members must have a standing membership at Parkshore Pool*

We cannot wait to start the 2026 season!

PKS is known throughout the league for their charisma and team spirit. The Parkshore Piranhas Swim Team is open to pool members ages 5 to 18. 

Costs for the swim team are $150 for the first child, and $75 for each additional child from the same family.  To join the swim team, your family must also have a current family membership at Parkshore Pool and be able to swim one length of the pool.

Swim Readiness Requirement

To ensure a safe and effective practice environment, swimmers must be able to swim the full length of the pool by May 1. The period from April 15 to May 1 serves as a trial window, where swimmers will have the opportunity to learn and develop this skill during regular practices.

If a swimmer is not yet able to meet this benchmark by May 1, they will be asked to pause group practices until they can demonstrate it. Private lessons (available for an additional cost) are strongly encouraged during this time, and our coaching staff has successfully helped swimmers reach this milestone.

Our ultimate goal is for every swimmer to be prepared to participate confidently in swim meets.

Workdays

We are having two (2) PKS workdays. These will be Scheduled shortly and will be on Saturday Mornings. Any help is appreciated! If any piranhas need service hours this is a great opportunity as well!  The times will be 9a-1p.

I have attached a full season schedule. All practices are considered a GO unless there are weather issues, last minute changes, etc.
